One of my favorite books has finally been revised and reprinted, so now, once again, you'll have a chance to pick this one up. Leonard Herman's book (first reviewed in F5 #57) chronicles the rise and fall and rebirth of the home videogame industry. The first edition left off around 1993, but  this volume takes us all the way up to 1996 and also includes a discussion on the impact of the Internet. It's a fantastic book and highly recommended to anyone interested in the history of personal computers or videogames.
