Between
June 1979 and July 1993, I wrote song lyrics on and off. I wrote nearly
1000 before I was through. Hundreds of them were set to music by my friend
Steven Wagenheim. A few were set to music by another friend, Richard Friedman.
Most of the songs were probably bad but to us they were all award winners.
In my case, two lyrics actually were award winners. |
